RULES AND REGULATIONS :
Originality: Business ideas must be original and not plagiarized.
Professionalism: Teams must maintain professionalism and ethical conduct.
Deadlines: All submissions must be made on time. Late entries will not be accepted.
Judges' Decision: All decisions made by the judges are final and cannot be contested
Tie breaker round :
Teams tied in Phase 1 enter a special challenge round. This could be a live pitching round where each team presents their unique sales proposition or value proposition. The winning team, demonstrating the best value proposition and unique sales proposition, advances to Phase 2.
Disqualification :
A team may be disqualified from the competition if they:
1. Miss Deadlines – Fail to submit required materials (pitch deck, business plan, etc.) on time.
2. Plagiarism – Submit copied or non-original work.
3. Rule Violation – Exceed team size limits (2-4 members) or submit multiple entries.
4. Misconduct – Engage in unethical behavior, disrespect judges/organizers, or disrupt the event.
5. Non-Participation – Fail to attend scheduled presentations without prior notice.
6. False Information – Provide misleading data, fake financials, or inaccurate business claims.
