The Department of Mechanical Engineering conducted MTMx – Alumni Interaction Series 3, titled “Meet the Masters Experience,” on the theme “Journey from Campus to Career.” Mr. M. Sanjay, an alumnus of the 2022–2026 batch and Early Career Trainee at Baker Hughes, shared his experiences and insights on transitioning from academic life to the corporate workplace. The session highlighted industry expectations, employability skills, professional development, and career opportunities for young engineers. Students gained valuable perspectives on preparing for recruitment and adapting to workplace challenges. The interaction motivated students to enhance their technical knowledge, communication skills, and career readiness.
